Cardio Step Jam

A choreographed step class is an upbeat, high-energy workout that combines cardio with rhythm and coordination through structured step routines. Participants will follow the instructor through a series of choreographed steps that flow together into a seamless routine. Using a raised step platform, the class includes a variety of movements—like basic steps, knee lifts, repeaters, and side-taps—that build into more complex sequences as the session progresses.
