This 15-Minute Exercise Will Reinvent Your Routine

Here’s a quick and effective 15-minute workout that combines cardio, strength, and core exercises:

15-Minute Total Body Workout

Warm-up (2 minutes)

  • 1 minute high knees

  • 1 minute of arm circles (30 seconds forward, 30 seconds backward)

Workout (12 minutes)

  • 1st Circuit (4 minutes)

    • 1 minute of bodyweight squats

    • 1 minute of push-ups (modify on knees if needed)

    • 1 minute of alternating lunges

    • 1 minute of mountain climbers

  • 2nd Circuit (4 minutes)

    • 1 minute of plank hold

    • 1 minute of jumping jacks

    • 1 minute of bicycle crunches

    • 1 minute of burpees

  • 3rd Circuit (4 minutes)

    • 1 minute of tricep dips (use a chair or bench)

    • 1 minute of high knees
